• 1-2 video calls to go over plans in the months leading up to your wedding.

• Creation of relevant & detailed run-sheets for vendors to follow.

• Vendor comms re: logistics in the few weeks leading up to be handled by us.

• Attendance at day-before rehearsal to get briefed on the set up required, meet key people, etc.

• Morning-of setting up all tables, place settings, signage, furniture, etc. as briefed and pre-planned by you.

• Coordination of all vendors throughout the wedding day, ensuring runsheet is followed, venue is tidy, addressing any problems as they arise (so you aren't interrupted).

• We would be on-site for 12 hours for your wedding day (typically 9am - 9pm unless otherwise requested).

• Depending how the night progresses - we would bring any exposed and delicate decorations under shelter before leaving you to party away.

• Travel and accomodation for my team (2 people) from Hamilton for 2 nights.

• Vendor comms re: logistics in the few weeks leading up to be handled by us so you can focus on feeling your best on wedding day.

• Attendance at day-before rehearsal to get briefed on the set up required, meet key people, etc.

• Coordination of all vendors, ensuring runsheet is followed, venue is tidy, addressing any problems as they arise (so you aren't interrupted).

• We would be on-site for 10 hours for your wedding day (typically 11am - 9pm unless otherwise requested).

• Depending how the night progresses - we would bring any exposed and delicate decorations under shelter before leaving you to party away.

• My accomodation and travel from Hamilton on the wedding weekend.

• Moodboarding and ideation for wedding day - including styling, signage, furniture, stationary, invitations/rsvps, place cards, flowers, unique moments, etc.

• Vendor communication across the whole process - you will only need to liaise with us for all areas of the wedding (with the exception of menu tasting, makeup/hair trials, etc. which require your personal guidance)

• Booking furniture, printing, decorations, etc. as wanted from approved concepts

• Site visits and meetings with vendors as required
